Cucumber Cream Cheese Sandwiches
1 cucumber2 oz. cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon of onion salt
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1/4 cup butter
3 slices of bread
1. Soften the cream cheese in a small bowl by letting it sit at room temperature for 1 hour. Repeat this step for the butter.
2. Wash and cut the cucumber into very thin slices
3. Mix the cream cheese, horseradish, and onion slat together.
4. Spread 6 slices of bread with some butter. Then spread the cream cheese filling on top. Add a slice of cucumber.
5. Lay the remaining 6 bread slices on top of the filling. Use a knife to cut off the crusts of the bread. Cut each sandwich into triangles.
Makes 12 sandwiches
